Ruling On Woman Touching Qur'an During Menstruation And Entering Masjid.
Question: Assalamwalaikum sheikh! My question is, I want to know that if a woman is on periods? What is the Sahih Hadith according to with proper reference that she can go to the Masjid? She can sit in the Masjid, she can read the Quran. She can touch the Quran and she can act normally when when she’s on period. There is no limitation of not touching the Quran or reciting it while holding and also what is the reference of she can go to the Masjid( any masjid- haram in Mecca or masjid al Manasi) She can sit there. She can do her Ibadah like reading Quran or listening to the Imam or so on. Jazakallah khayran.
